Regular House Cleaning Service
(weekly, bi-weekly, monthly)
If you would like to know that your house will be clean on
a regular basis then this the perfect option for you. We
will set up a schedule based on the how often you would
like your house cleaned, and then we will stick to that
schedule. So you will not have to worry about being
shuffled around from week to week, regardless of what may
come up on our end. The only time
that your cleaning schedule could possibly change is if you
were to request it, in which case we will do everything in
our power to accommodate you.
The fees for this type of cleaning service are dependent on
several factors. The main factor is of course the size of
your home. This is usually reported in the number of
bedrooms and bathrooms, and the total square footage of
your entire house. Other factors include any special
requests that you may have that go beyond the basic house
cleaning.
The basic cleaning usually consists of:

Sweeping and mopping of floors

Vacuuming carpets and rugs

Cleaning of sinks, toilets, bath tubs, and showers
-
Wiping down tabletops, countertops, and stove tops
-
Dusting furniture (ie. bookcases, coffee tables,
bedroom furniture, etc)
-
Empty out all trash cans that need it
-
Dusting ceiling fans
-
And as a final touch we like to make sure that
all beds are made
The first cleaning is usually more thorough to
ensure that we start with a "clean slate", which helps us to
maintain top quality on our future visits.
If you have any special one-time requests, like
cleaning out ovens, refrigerators, or garages, you can notify
us ahead of time so we can plan for the necessary time and
equipment. These special requests will usually require a
nominal cost that will be added to the regular fee for that one
cleaning period.

Premium Cleaning Services (Spring Cleaning,
Move-outs, etc)
This type of
service includes what we like to refer to as our "premium
cleaning". This can be a one-time appointment or a
regular service that occurs over a longer time period (ie.
bi-yearly, yearly), and it requires a lot more attention and
time than the regular cleaning services. Hence, the fees
for this type of service will be noticeably higher, but the end
result will change the way that you see your home!
The premium
cleaning includes everything in the basic cleaning (see above)
as well as other services like:

Cleaning and scrubbing of ovens

Washing out the inside of the refrigerator and
freezer

Cleaning the walls, including baseboards
-
Cleaning inside of windows (outside of windows can
be done on tip outs only)

Cleaning the inside and outside of cabinets
-
Scrubbing the grout on tile floors
-
Cleaning light fixtures and ceiling fans
With the premium cleaning service, you have a
lot more leeway to request what you would like us to do. Also,
there is no timeframe that we stick to for our premium cleaning
services. We will work as long as it takes to get the job done
to your satisfaction.

Special Cleaning Services (Parties,
Emergencies, etc)
This service pretty much includes any other
cleaning request that you can come up with. If you project does
not fit in any of the previous two services, then it falls
within this category. We try not limit what special cleaning
services that we can perform, because each situation can be
different.
If you have a special cleaning project that you
would like done and are not sure if it fits in with our
services, then the easiest thing to do is send us a quick email
or call us. We will be able to answer your questions promptly,
and if it happens to be something that we cannot do, we will do
everything in our power to help you find someone who can!

Cleaning Service
KRM Cleaning does perform services for small
